We deliver to Germany, the other member states of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the USA.
Orders with delivery addresses in Germany, the other EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are dispatched from Rodenbach, Germany. We use DHL Kleinpaket for standard shipping within Germany. We use DHL Warenpost International Premium for shipping to the other EU member states, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Orders with a delivery address in the USA are dispatched from within the USA using USPS domestic shipping.
We hand standard and personalised items over to the carrier within 2 business days of receiving your order. Where advance payment has been agreed, this period starts when payment is received. For personalised items, we must also have received all the information required for personalisation.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the dispatch location. Processing time is in addition to the transit times below.

The order value for free shipping is the value of the goods after discounts and excluding shipping costs. The amounts above are stated in euros. If you select a different order currency, the amounts are converted accordingly. The shipping charges that apply to your order are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Including processing, delivery takes up to 7 business days with standard shipping. The conditions above regarding the start of processing time apply.
For shipments from Germany to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, customs inspections may cause additional delays. We will inform you if your delivery is delayed. Your statutory rights in the event of late or failed delivery remain unaffected.
For shipments from Germany to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, we cover the customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees incurred when your order is imported. You will not be charged these costs in addition. If you nevertheless receive a request to pay such charges, please contact us with your order number and the fee document so that we can arrange for the matter to be handled.
