This information is intended for consumers within the meaning of section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Any mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Under section 312g(2), point 1 BGB, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or goods that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
This applies in particular to goods made to your personal specifications with names, initials, individual text, photographs, or personal engraving or embossing, provided that the statutory conditions for the exclusion are met. We also do not offer a voluntary return or exchange right for such goods.
Merely selecting a standard colour, standard size or standard model does not, by itself, exclude the right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods, incorrect deliveries or personalisation that does not match the agreed specifications remain fully unaffected.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online through the return and cancellation function in your customer account (withdraw from the contract). If you use this online function, we will promptly provide an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, including the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. You may also withdraw before receiving the goods.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods to MY Leather - Muhammet KILIC, Friedhofstr. 71F, 67688 Rodenbach, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The withdrawal provisions above do not restrict your statutory rights concerning defects. This expressly also applies to personalised goods. In the event of a defect, you have the statutory remedies, in particular repair or replacement and, where the statutory conditions are met, termination of the contract, a price reduction or damages.

Providing your order number and a description of the problem helps us process your request; you may attach photographs voluntarily. We bear the necessary costs of statutory repair or replacement in accordance with the law. Your statutory rights are not conditional on prior return authorisation or the use of a particular form.
